Robert Brown is a local business owner and 22, year resident of the Sacramento area leader.   He completed barber college in 1996 and opened his first full service salon the following year.  His first salon consisted of only him and his wife, hair stylist and co-owner, Tracy Brown.  He now employs over 20 people in 2 salon locations that include both barbers and hairstylists.  As an active barber at his salon, Robert keeps abreast of industry standards and trends.  Robert has established a strong rapport with experts in various areas of the hair and salon industries, affording him a large network of collaborators on matters that range from technical, to more tactical in nature. The cornerstone of his salons is teaching employees to be professional, keep hair healthy and provide outstanding customer service.  He takes an active role in the development of his salon employees, Robert is dedicated on teaching the business side of salon ownership to all of his staff and has encouraged and assisted several of his now former employees with opening successful salons. Robert is a natural leader, with a genuine interest in the development of people.  As a business owner, he takes seriously his effect on the community around him, and his responsibility to make a positive contribution.  In 2011, Robert joined the Mack Road Property and Business Improvement District (MRPBID).  Robert sees his business prominence as a platform to launch awareness of community issues.

 Seiji Cason has been a stylist for almost 14 years. Attended Moler Barber College at 16 years old, Only to further his education at 21 with Vidal Sassoon for his Comprehensive and Creative Certification. At 22 Seiji made his way to NYC to take his Advanced Certification with Toni and Guy and to work Fashion Editorial in Brooklyn. He has had the wonderful opportunity to cut and style hair in Brazil, Sweden, Argentina, Mexico, Germany, as well as attended Fashion Week at Passo al Corta in Buenos Aires. Seiji specializes in short cuts and straight hair but lives under the idea that hair is hair and every corner of the Industry should be respected and no one great art is better that the other and that you never stop learning.
